Cryptoway helps businesses create cryptocurrency invoices, accept payments through payment pages, receive operation statuses through API and webhooks, and automate related payment workflows.
The platform is not intended for holding funds as a bank account, trading cryptocurrencies on behalf of users, investment products, lending, yield schemes, or bypassing sanctions, banking restrictions, AML/KYT, KYC/KYB or other compliance procedures.
Some functions may require an account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, protect logins, passwords, API keys and webhook secrets, and must not transfer access to third parties without Cryptoway consent.
The merchant is responsible for wallet addresses, selected networks, integration parameters, tax and accounting records, and relationships with its own customers, including refunds, support and the legality of goods or services.
Cryptoway may review a user, merchant, partner, transaction, source of funds, jurisdiction, business model and related persons. The scope of review depends on risk, business category, countries, transaction volume and internal compliance rules.
We may request corporate documents, information about representatives and beneficial owners, identity documents, product, website and payment-flow descriptions, licences, permits, tax status and source-of-funds information. Failure to provide requested information may result in refusal to onboard, feature restrictions or termination of service.
Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on the relevant blockchain networks. Cryptoway does not control blockchain networks, network fees, confirmation speed, congestion, validators, miners, wallets, exchanges or third-party providers.
On-chain transactions are usually irreversible after being submitted to the network. An incorrect address, network, token or amount may result in loss of funds. A crypto refund, if allowed by the merchant policy, is usually processed as a new separate transaction.
When using API, webhooks, plugins and other technical tools, the merchant must keep keys and secrets secure, verify notification signatures where applicable, correctly process payment statuses and test the integration before production launch.
We may change API limits, methods, response formats and technical requirements. If a change materially affects an existing integration, we will try to notify users through a reasonable channel.
Cryptoway may not be used for activity that violates applicable law, third-party rights, sanctions regimes, AML/CFT requirements or Cryptoway internal policies.
Cryptoway may temporarily or permanently restrict access to an account, API, invoices, payouts, specific functions or the entire platform if there are signs of a breach, increased risk, incomplete documents, a lawful request from a competent authority or a security threat.
Where possible and not prohibited by law, we will inform the user of the reason for restriction and possible steps to restore access.
Fees, tariffs, network costs and settlement terms are determined by the Cryptoway interface, commercial offer, contract or merchant agreement. If a public page conflicts with an individual agreement, the individual agreement or current terms confirmed by Cryptoway prevail.
Information on the website and in Cryptoway interfaces is not legal, tax, investment, financial or accounting advice.
